Complete Beginner ( 1 day course)

In this course we aim to introduce you to the sport of climbing.  The course will include the following:

• personal equipment and clothing for rock climbing
• personal safety
• simple rope techniques
• belaying
• using basic holds

 Improver's Course  (2 day course)

• Where to go rock climbing
• grades and guide books
• different climbing techniques over coming problems
• setting up your own single pitch climbs

Intermediate Course (2 day course for ADULTS wanting to progress to multi pitch climbing.)

• Gear for multi pitch climbing
• setting up secure belays
• climbing as a second
• abseiling

Advanced Course (2 days  Adults only)

In this course your instructor will assess your climbing skills, and discuss your needs.  Elements covered could be:

• Using protection
• learning to lead
• leading through
• self help
• abseiling off
