DofE Open Silver Walking Expedition

The DofE Open Silver Walking Expedition involves the elements of practice expedition followed by qualifying expedition.  Each takes place over 4 days. Joint Adventures will offer assistance in in registering for the award with the DofE Office.  Next available open expeditions are October Half Term 2015

Silver Open Training and Practice

This is a 2 day pre expedition training followed by a 3 day 2 night practice expedition walking.

The cost of this £310

Silver practice expedition dates

• Monday 27th Friday 31st October 2014

This is a 1 day pre expedition preparation and route planning followed by a 3 day 2 nights qualifying expedition walking.

Costs are £180 per person.

Silver qualifying expedition dates

From April 2015

Candidates for the qualifying expedition must have evidence that they meet the requirements of training and have appropriate paper work completed prior to attending the course. Please ask us for help if you need to.

Please contact us for available dates outside these times and an information pack.

Joint Adventures will provide all group kit and submit DofE paperwork to the appropriate office.
