Rock climbing for Complete Beginners ( 1 or 2 day course)
In this course we aim to introduce you to the sport of climbing. The course will include the following:
personal equipment and clothing for rock climbing personal safety
simple rope techniques
belaying
using basic holds
Rock climbing for Improver's (1 or 2 day course)
More challenging climbs.
Where to go rock climbing
grades and guide books
different climbing techniques over coming problems
setting up your own single pitch climbs
Intermediate Course (2 day course for ADULTS wanting to progress to independent single pitch climbing for intermediates.)

Rock climbing for Advanced (Learning to lead 2 days Adults only)
In this course your instructor will assess your climbing skills, and discuss your needs. Elements covered could be:
