Each picture is identified as either a place on the walk or a position from which a picture was taken.
People do the walk and record the grid reference for each photo.
At the end of the walk they get the answers and are congratulated on their efforts!
Grid references are given with the thumbnails of each trail so you can mark the route out before you set off. They can be included with the photos if you wish.
If you are bringing a group to The Lakes and would like to use a photo trail as part of a fun activity or navigation exercise, then contact us and we will make you one from our photo collection.
