Kayak touring One or two day courses	Most Saturdays/ Sundays Wed/Thurs	£120 per person (two day course) £60 per person	This is a chance to paddle on the larger stretches of water in The Lake District. Reasonable level of fitness is needed.
BCU 2 star training/ assessment	On request	£120 per person	Some experieince of kayaking or canoeing. Note that BCU 2 Star requires that you paddle both canoe and kayak. Trainer Notes

BCU 3 star training (inland kayak)	2 day course by request	£120 per person	Suitable for anyone wishing to progress beyond the BCU 2 star level of skill. 3 star syllabus.
BCU 4 Star leader Assessment (Inland Kayak)	Available on request	£140 per person	Training in all areas of the syllabus. Attendence a wwsr course.
Kayak Rolling	Available on request	£70	The route to a good roll is learning the progressions. Our instructors will take you through the stages step by step. Some experience of kayaking is needed.
Introduction to Play boating (Kayak)	Available on request	£60	A secure moving water roll.
BCU 3 star assessment (inland kayak)	Also by request	£60	Familiarity and competence wrt the 3 star syllabus. Journeys on 3 or more rivers graded 1 and 2.
BCU FSRT	From March 2012	£60	2 star level of ability in chosen craft.
Advanced white water	November to March by request	£80 per day	Experience of grade 2 and some grade 3 water. Confident moving water roll.
